The founder of Brighton-based chicken concept Lost Boys Chicken has launched a sister concept.

Chick Chick Crew is Tomas Samandi’s second chicken-focused brand, which is now available at Market Halls Oxford Street as well as being available via Deliveroo across the country.

It will also launch in Market Halls Canary Wharf later this month.

The new brand will offer a tailored menu, taking into account customers feedback from Lost Boys Chicken and incorporating a variety of chicken burgers, wings, vegan options and a wide selection of sides.

Menu highlights include the Sweet Chick (Chicken, spicy maple syrup, bacon), Buffalo Chick (Chicken, buffalo sauce, American cheese, lettuce) and Weekend Chick (Spicy maple syrup, free range fried egg, bacon). Wings range from Honey Soy to BBQ with stand out sides such as Buttermilk Chicken Strips, Tater Tots and Korean Chick Fries. Sauces will include the super-hot Rufio, the ranch-style Wendy and Kimchi Mayo, amongst many others.

Samandi launched Lost Boys in 2015 as an homage to his childhood memories of eating nuggets and sauces as being a way to bond with friends. Starting out as a pop-up in a local pub it later opened at Brighton food hall, Shelter Hall, in partnership with Sessions.

This led to Samandi then working with Sessions to open over 30 delivery-only sites. He is now continuing on this partnership with Sessions through the creation of Chick Chick Crew with the concept based around catering to the needs of the wider market, while still staying true to the Lost Boys identity.

The brand is currently available across London, Birmingham, Southampton and Cambridge via Deliveroo.
