Food & Drink Expo will return to the NEC in Birmingham next month as part of the UK Food & Drink Shows.

Running from 25-27 April, the flagship event for retail, wholesale and foodservice audiences centres on showcasing ground-breaking new products and technologies that are set to help hospitality businesses thrive in 2022 and beyond.

Visitors will get the inside track on this year’s latest product launches from brands including Market Fresh, Radnor Hills, Food & Drink Wales, Meatless Farm, Peck & Strong, Suma, Dojo, Refresco, and Zumex.

BigHospitality’s sister title The Grocer will be hosting Talking Shop Live at the event. The series of events will discuss and debate the key challenges facing the sector with seminars discussing everything from sustainability and the latest trends to boosting profits and customer satisfaction.

Speakers will include Tony Sophoclides, strategic affairs director at UKHospitality, Karen Betts, chief executive at the Food & Drink Federation, Richard Lim, CEO at Retail Economics, and Gavin Partington, director general at the British Soft Drinks Association.

“Visitors and exhibitors alike will benefit from the insight, innovation and trends on show at Food & Drink Expo,” says Andrew Reed, managing director for wine and exhibitions at William Reed.

“The entire industry has had a tough time of it over the last two years and I’m so glad we’re able to bring people back together to share new products, create networking opportunities and celebrate the fantastic business that is hospitality.”
