Soho restaurant 10 Greek Street is making a play into the catering business with a new nationwide food service.

The restaurant, which this year celebrates its 10th anniversary, has launched 10GS Events, a full-service catering company designed to deliver its restaurant quality food across the country.

The new business can cater to any existing event set-up, a home kitchen or via its bespoke airstream trailer that has a wood fired oven. It offers a feasting menu alongside buffet and festival options with all menus largely based around sharing plates with some dishes already served as part of the restaurant’s private dining experience.

Dishes on the spring/summer menu include canape options such as beef tartare on dripping toast; confit potato with cod’s roe & caviar; and crab croquettes with aioli. Feasting menu dishes include wood fired lamb ribs with red onion, pomegranate and yoghurt; buttermilk fried cod cheeks with curried peas; onglet and Welsh Black short rib with roasted hispi cabbage, fried potatoes, shallots and green peppercorns.

Desserts include choices such as a chocolate cremeux with cherries and churros; and pavlova with strawberries, lemon curd and mascarpone.

The business can also provide drinks and service including draft beer from sibling craft brewery Braybrooke Beer Co.

10 Greek Street opened in Soho in 2012 and was founded by New Zealand-born chef Cameron Emirali and his front of house partner Luke Wilson. Alongside their business partner Nick Trower, they also own British beer company Braybrooke Beer Co.
