The eight finalists for this year’s Gold Service Scholarship have been revealed ahead of the national final, which will take place at The Connaught in London’s Mayfair on 2 February 2015.

The Gold Service Scholarship, which launched last year in a bid to inspire more young people to take up a career in front-of-house hospitality, is back for 2014, with a number of industry greats on the lookout for the next star of service.

The six people to make it to the finals of the first Gold Service Scholarship have been revealed ahead of the final at Westminster Kingsway College and an awards ceremony at London hotel Claridge's next month.
