Udon noodle restaurant group Marugame Udon plans to expand across the country with regional and local restaurant models, managing director Keith Bird has said.
Marugame Udon is to double the size of its fledgling London estate next month with two new openings in St Christopher’s Place and Canary Wharf respectively.
Noodle brand Marugame Udon will launch its second London site at The O2 in Greenwich next month, ahead of further expansion across the capital and the rest of the UK.
