RedCat Pub Company has acquired the Wynnstay Hotel & Spa in Oswestry, bringing its nationally estate to around 100 sites little more than a year after first launching.
RedCat, the investment vehicle founded by former Greene King chief executive Rooney Anand, is to buy 42 pub sites from Yates's and Slug & Lettuce operator Stonegate.
