Malmaison to open first hotel since refinancing

Malmaison owner MWB has announced plans to open its first new hotel since refinancing last year to reduce its debts and just one week after Gary Davis joined as chief executive of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.

While all three outlets will be open in time for the lucrative festive period, The Urban Pub Company is on the acquisition trail to open more outlets in 2012

The Urban Pub Company is set to roll out an ambitious expansion programme throughout Scotland’s central belt, which will see three new licenced outlets open their doors under three new brands by the end of this year.
