The number of leisure tourists visiting the UK dropped by almost 400,000 in the first nine months of 2016, according to the British Hospitality Association's (BHA) Travel Monitor report.

China has moved into the UK's top 10 most valuable inbound markets as new figures for 2015 show visits from the market rose 46 per cent to 270,000 and spend rose 18 per cent to £586m.
