This new pizza oven, Italian-style restaurant comes from the same team as the Bow Wharf distillery- including Alex Wolpert, Mikey Pendergast as mixologist, and Tom Hills and Andy Mooney in the distillery itself. With an interior created by British designer Michael Sodeau, it also offers a drinks menu split into six sections: amaro, fernet, vermouth, wine, cocktails, and beer. The opening has also coincided with an expansion of the distillery warehouse space with a third whisky still, to help meet increasing demand.
