Just St. James reopens after £500k restaurant revamp
Following a major refit costing £500k, and which saw its restaurant moved and raised, Just St. James has reopened to give guests a view of St. James Street below.
A new lighting system has also been installed to give the area the illusion of a complete makeover, although favourite features including the spiral staircase, glass lift, high ceilings and sparkling chandeliers all remain.
Damien Pondevie, formerly of the award-winning City Inn Hotel and Bank Aldwych and Masterchef contender in 2007, takes over in the Just St. James’ kitchens as Head Chef, and has created a fresh and seasonal and locally sourced menu to coincide with the reopening.
