Casa
Acclaimed chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias opened Casa in 2022 on the former site of his influential Casamia restaurant. Meaning ‘home’ in Italian, Casa sees Sanchez-Iglesias return to cooking Italian food and marks the next step for the Sanchez-Iglesias family, who have been creating celebrated neighbourhood and destination restaurants in Bristol for over 30 years. Casa may have a casual feel, but the team are cooking some of the most refined and creative Italian food in the UK.

Root Bristol
This modern, veg-led, sharing plates restaurant on Bristol’s Wapping Wharf is owned by Josh Eggleton (The Pony Group) and Luke Hasell. It is run by chef Rob Howell and his wife and front of house counterpart Meg. Such is the success of the restaurant, the pair recently launched a second Roots in Wells, Somerset.

Adelina Yard
Adelina Yard opened its doors in Bristol in 2015, serving modern European food in a relaxed, family atmosphere. Chefs Jamie Randall and Olivia Barry head up its creative and enthusiastic team of chefs, serving exciting flavour combinations from carefully sourced local ingredients. The restaurant’s food has its foundations in the classics that its chefs have trained in, but with a forward- thinking twist.
