More than four hundred people turned out to celebrate the best of the UK's dining scene and find out which of the UK's restaurants had made the top 100.
The list is the result of the votes of 150 industry experts, who include chefs, restaurateurs, food writers and critics, who each cast seven votes based on their best restaurant experiences over the last 12 months.
This year saw a number of new entries and the replacement of The Ledbury in the top spot with The Hand and Flowers.
