Food & Drink Expo featuring Farm Shop & Deli will be the largest food and drink trade exhibition in the UK in 2012 and is an important showcase for suppliers from across the UK and internationally, featuring small artisan producers right through to big name brands.
Culinary demonstrations, seminars, panel debates and competitions will take place across the 3 days of the show, and visitors will gain access to the latest information on current and future trends, sector research and practical ideas for their businesses.
Taking place at Birmingham’s NEC from 25 - 27 March 2012, Food & Drink Expo brings together the grocery, foodservice, wholesale, manufacturing and speciality retail markets.
