TV chef and former Fifteen graduate Aaron Craze is to open his second pub after taking on a site in Berkshire, according to BigHospitality's sister publication M&C Report.

Craze, who previously operated the Cock Inn in Beazley End in Essex, is set to open the Angel Inn in Woolhampton near Reading later this year as a gastropub.

After graduating from Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, Craze moved on to The Ivy and Claridges before landing himself his own gastropub - the Cock Inn, which closed in 2008.

He returned to work at Fifteen as chef tournant following the Cock Inn closure where he supervised every area of the kitchen.

A regular guest chef on Market Kitchen, Craze made his own exclusive series for the Good Food channel, Aaron Craze: Rude Boy Food and has written a cookery book called Aaron Cooks Italian.
