Nathan McManus, head of food development, Revolution
Revolution bar and restaurant chain has appointed Nathan McManus as head of food development to spearhead the company’s growth plans.
McManus, who has 11 years’ experience in the sector, will be responsible for food innovation by developing new dishes and expanding Revolution’s new menu at its 66 venues across the UK.
“I’m looking forward to being able to introduce new ideas across the chain and work closely with the different kitchen teams and chefs across the UK to share my knowledge and experience,” he said.
McManus started his career with the Holiday Inn in Chester as a junior sous chef before progressing to the role of head chef at North West gastropub, the Calcott Arms. His previous position was as a development chef for frozen food supplier KK Fine Foods.
