Shoryu Ramen, Soho, London - 13 July
The latest restaurant to go from pop-up to permanent, Shoryu Ramen on Denman Street in Soho officially became a permanent restaurant for Japan Centre Group earlier this month.
The 70-cover venue replaces a pop-up the group, which already operates one restaurant under the concept on Regent Street.
Japan Centre Group had been keen to ‘test Soho’ and trial different dishes before taking a longer lease. The restaurant features an open ramen kitchen and a separate bar area selling 120 different types of sake.
