Michael Reid is joining M as the group’s executive chef.
Reid trained at Le Gavroche and at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay where he worked under Michel Roux Jr., Simone Zanoni and Gordon Ramsay.
In 2013 Reid left London for Australia and spent six months working his way around Melbourne’s most-celebrated restaurants including Attica.
Having opened two restaurants in Melbourne in 2014, Reid is returning to London to open M.
