The Grantley Arms, Wonersh, has appointed Matt Edmonds as head chef.
He joins from Searcy’s The Gherkin where he was head chef, and has also held senior roles at The Army and Navy Club, the Mandeville Hotel, The RACE Club, and Pennyhill Park with Michael Wignall.
Chris Frederik, owner of The Grantley Arms, said: “We want this pub to be a central part of village life again and that means both popping in for a glass of wine and reading the papers with the dog at the weekend, to enjoying a three-course meal with some really special ingredients from Matt and his great team.”
