Located in the heart of Soho, the 46-cover Tabun Kitchen seeks to serve Jerusalem-born dishes from family-style chef-owner (and British-based film producer) Hanan Kattan, with all recipes brought over from her own Jordanian family tradition. Named for the traditional ‘tabun’ style oven, it offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options such as wraps, yoghurt, salads, marinated meat and favourites such as Shakshuka, and Mussakan – a Palestinian filling for bread using chicken, onions, pine nuts, and sumac.
