17. Franck-Jeandon
Franck Jeandon has joined Searcys at 30 Pavilion Road in London’s Knightsbridge, as its executive chef. He previously worked for an array of fine dining restaurants including The Wallace Collection, Coq d’Argent, One Seven Nine Shaftesbury Avenue, Hilton Park Lane and Monte’s Club, as well as working as a lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu London cookery school.
