Shaun-Cremins
Black and White Hospitality, the company behind five Marco Pierre White restaurant brands, has appointed Shaun Cremins as brand director to support the business's growth.
The company, which runs restaurants under franchise at hotels and owns the franchise rights to Wheeler’s of St. James’s, Steakhouse Bar & Grill, Mr. White’s English Chophouse, Marco’s New York Italian and Bardolino Pizzeria, Bellini & Espresso Bar brands, has experienced rapid growth over the past two years, from eight restaurants in 2014 to 32 across the UK and Northern Ireland in November 2016.
Cremins joins Black & White Hospitality from Wyevale Garden Centres where he headed up food and beverage acquisitions. He has also held positions with Bella Italia, Costa, Holiday Inn Hotels, Marston’s, Mitchells and Butlers and Krispy Kreme.
