Saurav Nath is now head chef at the Indian-style Tapasya@Marina restaurant in Hull's Fruit Market, previously sous chef at Michelin-starred London site Benares, senior sous at Michelin-starred Gymkhana, and head chef at Indian street-food style site Inito. He began his career at the Taj Palace in New Delhi, followed by a role as chef de partie at the city's Hyatt Regency.
