Michel Roux Jr prawn cocktail
Unable to compete in the ring himself, Michel Roux Jr turned his attention to the food. The Le Gavroche head chef joined Raymond Blanc, Daniel Boulud, Brett Graham, Chris and Jeff Galvin and Philip Corrick to prepare a buffet for the 220 hungry guests. Here are his mini prawn cocktails which were served alongside oysters he had also prepared.
