Black & Blue, Waterloo, London - 18 March
Independently-owned steak and burger restaurant chain Black & Blue announced in January that it has acquired a site near London Waterloo and was to sell two of its other venues as part of a change in growth strategy for the firm.
The company, founded in 2000 by Nick Hill and Alan Bacon, acquired the 130-cover former Arch One Bar & Grill on Mepham Street and will now focus on similar large, centrally-located units.
Steak restaurant group Black & Blue opened its latest restaurant in Waterloo on 18 March.
