Louise Thurrell is now general manager of the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield, overseeing the hotel and the adjacent Marco's New York Italian restaurant.
Thurrell brings over two decades' experience to the role, having started her career in 2002 as guest service assistant.
She was most recently general manager at the Holiday Inn Express Dunstable.
