The Below the Cut bar has opened at steakhouse Hanger SW6, serving a wide range of original cocktails alongside meat dishes and bar snacks, focused on the hanger steak of the restaurant and bar's name. Cocktail options will be along the lines of the Hanger Old Fashioned, the Pharmaceutical Stimulant (made with Grey Goose, Patron xo café, 80 stone espresso and vanilla), and the G&T Vesper, with (Birchalls earl grey-infused Sipsmith London dry, Sky vodka, martini bianco, tonic syrup, and grapefruit). There will also be a 'bottomless' brunch at the weekends.
