Hill-&-Szrok-Public-House
The team behind Hill & Szrok Master Butcher & Cookshop on Broadway Market opened Hill & Szrok Public House in the former site of The Three Crowns pub in London’s Old Street on 27 January.
Luca Mathiszig, Tom Richardson Hill and Alex Szrok will oversee the new dining room and pub.
Taking influences from their butchers and cookshop, the design is very similar, with a 4.3m Carrera marble table in the pub’s dining room that can seat between 16-18 people.
The meat they serve is slow-grown, free range and sourced entirely from sustainable farms in England.
