Set over two floors, this 45-cover site in London’s Shoreditch specialises in Mexican food from husband-and-wife Mexican-born team Edson and Natalie Diaz-Fuentes. Main influences come from Mexico City, Oaxaca and Yucatan, with Edson having worked with Mexican food powerhouses such as Thomasina Miers and Mark Selby, of the Wahaca restaurant group. Typical dishes include chicken wings in mole negro with chillies, nuts and chocolate, and six-hour slow-cooked Beef Barbecoa with homemade salsa roja.
