Sosharu
The latest opening from international restaurant powerhouse and iconic chef Jason Atherton, Sosharu is a 75-cover Japanese-inspired site in London’s Clerkenwell using British seasonal ingredients. With a menu overseen by executive head chef Alex Craicun – who has spent the past year training in Japan at the Kyoto Culinary School – it will offer plates such as chashu pork belly, bream sashimi, scallop with yuzu butter, and desserts including apple pie and miso butterscotch.
