Park-Regis
This 253-bedroom hotel is the result of a £50 million development at the Five Ways site in Birmingham, and sits within what was previously a 1960s office tower. Aiming to offer “sleek” accommodation, it also includes two restaurants, including 1565 on the fourth floor, and a 16th floor Japanese site from restaurant consultant and former Caprice Holdings chief (and one-time head chef at the Ivy), Des McDonald. There is also a cocktail lounge, sake bar, and a day spa elsewhere in the hotel.
