The Italian group specialising in mozzarella has now opened this 120-cover site as its flagship bar and restaurant, offering a deli, private dining room, and terrace. With dishes from executive chef Erind Halilaj – including the classic buffalo Mozzarella di bufala campana DOP served at the bar with black truffle or olive oil ‒ it offers homemade pasta, pizza, fish and meat, plus a range of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. The group runs 19 sites across Italy, plus locations in the USA, japan and Dubai, and has four other sites across London.
