Generation Next, a content forum that focuses on the future stars of hospitality, is returning this month with a free-to-attend event at Sessions Islington, London, on Monday 31 October.

The event will feature a range of speakers including Sessions Market discussing the future of food halls; a panel looking beyond bricks and mortar with Tacos Padre founder Nick Fitzgerald, Mambow’s Abby Lee and chef Jay Morjaria; a look at the plant-based evolution with Oowee co-founder Verity Foss and operations director Lina Blyth; and Stephen Tozer on the growth of Le Bab.

Attendees will also have the chance to sample the food offer at Sessions Islington, which includes brands such as Norman’s, Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, and Tiger and Rabbit.

Created by Restaurant Magazine and BigHospitality in partnership with MCA, Generation Next is targeted at those who own or operate independent restaurants and pubs or bars (up to five sites), coffee shops, QSR, food-to-go operations and street food vendors.

Its aim is to provide up-and-coming hospitality businesses with key information, insight and inspiration as well as a platform for networking to support business growth.
