Sticky Mango to open second location on former Cantina del Ponte site

Expected to launch early next month, the new site is being billed as the flagship location for the South East Asian concept. 

The first Sticky Mango opened near South Bank in 2016 offering modern interpretations of food inspired by extensive travels across South East Asia.

Lloyd’s ambition for Sticky Mango Tower Bridge is to deliver cuisine similar to that of his debut Waterloo site, whilst ‘bringing even more theatre to diners’.

With 90 covers inside and another 70 on the covered terrace with views of Tower Bridge, there are plans for ‘impressive displays of opulent proteins’  whilst maintaining influence from across Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and other South-East Asian countries.

Cantina del Ponte is the latest closure from restaurant group D&D. The restaurant closed on 20 June, three days before Lloyd picked up the keys to the venue.
