The Tasting Room to open at The Vineyard

The Tasting Room is the brainchild of executive chef Tom Scade and is described as offering guests ‘an immersive and sensory journey of exquisite dishes and hand-picked wines that cleverly echoes each season’.

Launching on 20 October, it will serve a five-course offer with dishes on the launch menu to include crapaudine beetroot; Cornish turbot paired with red prawns, champagne, and bergamot; and Yattendon estate venison.

“We are absolutely delighted to finally launch The Vineyard’s brand-new dining experience, The Tasting Room in October,” says Chris Smith, general manager at The Vineyard.

“We are confident that this new concept and unique guest experience will transform our already flourishing business and take The Vineyard’s offering to new heights. We are so excited to welcome our first diners through our door next month”.

The Tasting Room will have 28 settings per evening with prices starting from £95 per person.
