Justine is the founder of mymuybueno, a multiple division, unique food and lifestyle operation founded in 2011, both consumer and industry facing, operating on an international basis.

mymuybueno’s culinary division showcases an amazing network of leading chefs through its business operations, recruitment, private staffing and training programmes.

The new head office in Hammersmith is now the hub for the organisation, and for its latest offering, MACA, the mymuybueno Academy of Culinary Arts.  Having started off as a physical training resource, MACA is now an online training course provider enabling the greatest chefs in the UK to share their creativity and technique with skills-hungry chefs and ambitious home cooks.

mymuybueno also operates a global Private Chefs agency for chef placement on super yachts and private households globally.
