KNORR has launched its most innovative range of bouillons to date with the new KNORR Stock Reduction.

Unilever Foodsolutions claims to have has achieved its closest taste, look and aroma to scratch-made stock ever.

The team at KNORR know that chefs demand the best. They also know that the traditional process of boiling down bones, vegetables and herbs to create stock from scratch is a laborious task that takes time that busy kitchens often do not have.

Made from carefully selected quality ingredients, new KNORR Stock Reduction contains reduced meat stock or vegetable juice to create a homemade-style jelly product that spoons easily, dissolving quickly into boiling water or straight to the pan.
