BigHospitality rounds up the offers, promotions and other special events running at restaurants and hotels around the country.

The Cavendish Hotel​ in Mayfair, London, has opened a juice bar in the hotel’s first floor lounge for health conscious guests. The bar will serve a range of fresh fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies to drink in or take-away, including the All Day Breakfast smoothie – a combination of banana, honey, toasted muesli and natural yoghurt – and Berry Tasty.

The Fourth Floor Caf​e at Harvey Nichols in Leeds will be serving a special 10-course dinner tasting menu from May 1 to celebrate executive chef Richard Walton-Allen’s 10 years at the helm. The 10th Anniversary Menu is made up customer and chef favourites and costs £55 per person, or £80 with paired wines. It will be available for six weeks.

Local businesses or agents booking meetings or events at the Radisson SAS Waterfront Hotel​ in Jersey before April 19 will be given the chance to hold a VIP drinks reception there for free. The hotel’s incentive package With A View to Impress includes wine, canapes and the use of the La Hocq Suite, situated on the top floor of its central tower giving views to Elizabeth Marina and St Aubin’s Bay.

Anna Hansen, chef patron of The Modern Pantry​, will start to serve Sunday lunches from March 22 at her Clerkenwell restaurant. With a nod towards Hansen’s fusion style, the traditional English Sunday roasts will be served with a global twist, such as roast middle white pork loin with curry leaf and mustard seed roast potatoes and parsnips, cavolo nero, spiced pear and apple relish. Three courses will be £22 and served from 12pm to 4pm Sundays.
