Titanic menu

The Galgorm Resort & Spa near Belfast has created a menu based on the one served to first class passengers on the Titanic to coincide with the purchase of a table originally commissioned for the doomed ship. Guests dining in the Titanic Suite can eat from a five-course £75 menu, which includes Roast Squab, Consomme Olga, Saute of Chicken and Plum Pudding while sitting around the restored table which was never completed in time for the Titanic's voyage.
