The former general manager of Daylesford Organic in Notting Hill has opened a bar/ restaurant on the former site of The Farm in Fulham.

My Dining Room is the personal project from Olivier Lavigne du Cadet, who has also previously held general manager positions at the Levant Group’s Kenza and Pasha, and Bluebird on King’s Road.

Having launched last month, the 110-cover restaurant features a cosy lounge area filled with leather sofas and fireplaces, while its dining room has been styled in a rustic yet contemporary ‘home away from home’ style.

My Dining Room serves head chef Julian Marshall’s locally-sourced British menu, which comprises of a number of large sharing dishes amongst the traditional starters and mains, including Whole Roast Garlic Chicken with Lemon Confit; Confit Duck ‘Shepherds Pie’ with Savoy Cabbage; and Whole Sea Bream with Herb Stuffing, Carrots and Leeks.

A selection of small plates and bar snacks are also served in My Dining Room’s bar and lounge area.

Marshall joins the business with experience gathered from his position as head chef of Mosimann’s, and nine years spent as executive sous chef at the Lanesborough Hotel.
