Expanding bar/restaurant group Drake & Morgan has appointed two new key personnel to help drive its growth plans.

Natalia Di Palma joins the group as marketing manager from business training company White Water Women, and will work towards raising the profile of Drake & Morgan’s five venues, including The Drift which is due to open at Heron Tower this month.

Having specialised in social networking for businesses while at university in Australia, Di Palma will help implement a social media strategy for Drake & Morgan in her new role.

Jillian MacLean, managing director of Drake & Morgan said: “Natalia has the character, energy and enthusiasm to ensure that the Drake & Morgan brand strengthens and continues to be at the forefront of innovation in its field.”

Sales and events

Former reservations and events manager at The Folly, Anastasia Antonova has now been promoted to sales and events manager for the group.

Having first joined Drake & Morgan in 2009 as a reservationist, Antonova will now concentrate on driving sales and events across all five venues.

Taskin Muzaffer, operations manager, said: “We are delighted to promote Anastasia, it is the result of her hard work and dedication to the company over the last few years. She has had a very hands-on role, building a great rapport with our customers and going to great effort to ensure the smooth running of all the venues”.

Drake & Morgan also currently operates four central London bar/restaurants, The Folly, The Anthologist, The Refinery, and The Parlour.
