Avenue9, a new company set up by Claritas Group of Companies, has been set up with the aim of offering a streamlined IT service to businesses in the hospitality sector. 

Product details:

Avenue9 has been set up to make IT services within hotels, restaurants and pubs more streamlined so they can use them in the right way to help growth. It says its main objective is to streamline 'disparate and multiple IT supplier streams' while also cutting costs associated with operating on different platforms. It will be a single point of contact to manage a company's EPoS system, reservations system and in-room entertainment for example. Part of its service is also to help companies maximise the use of their existing estate and get it working more effectively so that managers can spend more time on providing good customer service rather than on dealing with IT problems.

It provides a single point of contact for businesses in the hospitality sector, consolidating the complexity of supply chains and enabling companies to focus on their own business. Being part of an established group within the industry, it also has knowledge of the sector and extensive technical experience.
