The hottest trends in the drinks industry, from premium flavoured vodkas to small batch gins, new wine brands to recent developments in the world of coffee, is the focus of the September issue of Restaurant magazine.

Restaurant's dedicated drinks section is being re-launched and will be an essential tool for your business, featuring the new wine editor-at-large Jane Parkinson, an in-depth focus on new product developments across all drinks categories and comments from key sector suppliers.

Out tomorrow (5 September), the magazine includes the latest sales data of the top drinks brands by category as well as an overview of how the drinks world has performed over the past year to help restaurateurs understand the trends they should be tapping into.

The magazine also features an exclusive interview with Hakkasan chief executive Niall Howard and internationally acclaimed Japanese chef Yoshihiro Murata, who discuss the group's forthcoming high-profile City openings Chrysan and HKK as well as a future move into more casual dining.
