The privately owned group is currently in 10 locations, including Nottingham, Derby, Harrogate and Plymouth with its eleventh site set to open in Cardiff next month.
Other sites have also been secured in Birmingham and Torquay and the company is actively seeking sites in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Milton Keynes, Bristol and Taunton.
Members of Le Bistrot Pierre's board said the ongoing growth in turnover across the group meant it was the right time to expand.
Joint founder John Whitehead said: “It has long been part of our plan to grow and expand Le Bistrot Pierre and appeal to a national market. Doubling our sites is a big step forward and we are all very excited about the coming years ahead.”
Le Bistrot Pierre called in corporate finance specialits Cooper Parry to advise it on raising finance.
