Restaurant magazine is launching a new initiative – the Development Chef Club – aimed at informing, inspiring and interacting with the development chef and group executive chef community.

Those heading up the food development and offer for multi-site operators are frequently the unsung heroes of the sector, and this club seeks to recognise their contribution, as well as help them move their businesses forward.

In conjunction with William Reed Business Media's wider hospitality division incorporating BigHospitality, M&C Report and the Publican’s Morning Advertiser, Restaurant will provide a regular series of digital newsletters, features (both in print and online) and high-value live events for club members.

The highlight will be the Development Chef Summit in spring 2014, which will bring chefs together with key suppliers for a series of demonstrations, discussion formats and interactive presentations.

Membership of the Development Chef Club is open to all those with responsibility for food purchasing and/or menu development across a number of sites – and is entirely free. Members  will receive their first digital newsletter later this month, with further details of the club’s benefits and programme.

The Development Chef Club is supported by premium chocolate supplier Callebaut and the Craft Guild of Chefs. To join, contact Joe Lutrario at joe.lutrario@wrbm.com. For all partnership opportunities contact Kathrin Leaver at kathrin.leaver@wrbm.com.
