Pret a Manger has launched a campaign to get more young people to apply for hospitality jobs, after the company claimed that just 1 in 50 of its applicants is British.
Restaurants can now have their food hygiene rating re-evaluated as soon as they make improvements, rather than waiting months or years, in a move welcomed by the British Hospitality Association (BHA).
