Former Noble Rot sommelier Eleanor Warder is to launch a health-focused all-day café and restaurant with her husband at The Atlas Building in Shoreditch next month.

Described as a ‘lifestyle concept’, the couple say they have created Atis ‘to satisfy a growing demand for healthy, balanced and wholesome food’.

Featuring individual breakfast and evening menus, the food has been designed to promote a ‘plant-forward but flexible lifestyle’ with options for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters.

Dishes will be available to eat in or take away, and will feature a selection of both warm and cold salad bowls including an Asian-inspired Emperor bowl; a seasonal Kale Ploughman’s; and an Indian-inspired Dahl-ing bowl.

Drinks will include Kombucha on tap, alcohol-free beers, cold-pressed juices and artisanal coffee.

“We have strived to create a modern and stylish space where people can come for a break outside of their working day and know that they can get a bowl of food that will be full of flavour, healthy and nutritious,” says Eleanor.

“The idea came from wanting to fill a need for a grab-and-go in London where the food, the space and the experience are all in line with each other – premium, modern and refreshing”.
