Business members club group Pavilion Club has opened a private members’ club in Knightsbridge with menus designed by Tom Kerridge.

The new venue is the first of what the company describes as a new breed of members' club and features a terrace restaurant and bar overlooking Hyde Park that will serve an all-day dining menu created by the multi-Michelin starred chef.

The menu will showcase Kerridge’s accessible style of cooking using seasonal British produce, with hero dishes including the Pavilion bacon and smoked cheddar burger; dressed Cornish crab with radish and apple; and smoked king oyster mushroom masala with coconut naan. The menu will be available across three levels of the members’ club.

"We are really looking forward to this. It is an incredibly exciting project in the heart of London that connects the business world and entrepreneurial spirited, like-minded people with a food style that is fast, accessible but also high level,” says Kerridge.

“The brand ethos of Pavilion Club and the Tom Kerridge group sit really well together, as it is about embracing people and personalities, whilst delivering a high-end product that guests recognise and enjoy.”

Set over six floors, the property also features a serviced club and members’ lounge, two members bars, 17 private office spaces and one penthouse suite.

Pavilion Club has two further London venues in Kensington and the City.
