Arc Inspirations restarts expansion with two new openings confirmed
In September, the group will open a seventh site under its New York-themed concept Manahatta on Temple Street in Birmingham.
This will be followed in October by a Box sports bar in Deansgate, Manchester - the group's fourth opening under the brand, and its first outside of Leeds.
The two openings will bring Arc Inspirations estate to 19 sites in total.
“Despite a challenging time, we’re determined to push forward and grow our successful portfolio of brands by introducing them to new cities and locations," says Martin Wolstencroft, Arc Inspirations chief executive.
“We’re thrilled to be coming to a new city and are confident the Manahatta brand will be a popular addition to the Birmingham bar scene.”
Wolstencroft adds that while Box is currently well established in Leeds and the surrounding area, Manchester has been a key target for the brand for a long time.
“We feel this is the right time to bring the brand to the city and the opening also fits perfectly with our cluster strategy of operating complementary brands in close vicinity to each other.”
Last month, Arc announced that revenues were up more than a third (35%) since reopening all but two of its venues in April, compared to the same period in 2019.
