Chez Roux moves beyond sports event catering

The father and daughter-run catering business will now be able to offer catering at weddings, celebrations, company events and dinner parties with bespoke classic French menus served.

Until now, Chez Roux has only been able to offer hospitality at selected annual sporting events.

Chez Roux’s team includes executive chef consultant Claude Jarczyk; and chef consultants Valentin Griffon and Gaetano Farucci, all of whom have worked with the Roux family for several years.

“We’ve had countless requests over the years to expand what we can offer in addition to our restaurants and sporting event catering, and the biggest challenge was to find the capacity to extend our services whilst ensuring we can maintain the integrity of the Roux dining experience,” says Michel Roux.

“I’m delighted to say that we’ve put together an amazing and highly skilled team at Chez Roux that can do just that. With them in place, we’re ready to offer a fully personalised service to bring something extra special to those special occasions.”

As well as offering catering services, Chez Roux provides hospitality consultancy, product endorsement, public speaking services and cooking classes.
