All of its growers and producers have been specially selected, and Wellocks work with them directly to build trusting relationships, where the company helps each one reach the high standards they set for themselves, year after year. By offering a no middle-man system, Wellocks provides a direct link between its producers and growers, and its customers. It's all about getting finest ingredients, every time.

2021 saw the return of Wellocks Chef & Producer Show, celebrating hospitality’s comeback following the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst also marking Wellocks’ 60-year anniversary. The day saw students, chefs, restaurateurs and industry experts meet around 100 of Wellocks key producers and growers, enjoy product tastings and watch Michelin-star chef demonstrations in a live kitchen.

Wellocks’ next Chef & Producer Show will again be held at Lancashire Cricket Club’s Old Trafford, from 9.30am 18 September - so save the date! Wellocks will again have around 100 of its producers and growers at the event, providing visitors with the unique opportunity to meet its teams, try samples and learn all about the incredible range of produce and products available. The Chefs Theatre will be set up to host several demonstrations throughout the day with a star-studded line up of chefs, due to be announced in the coming months.
